I am a structural biologist with expertise in x-ray crystallography, protein purification, enzyme kinetics, and molecular dynamics simulations of protein complexes. PhD work with Prof. Carla Mattos at Northeastern University focused on allostery and protein dynamics within the Ras and Rho small GTPases. Current work with Vlad Denic is focused on applications of cryoEM for characterization of chaperone and client protein complexes.
