Today, The Harvard Gazette featured a recent panel discussion about the science and cultural significance of scent. The panel included MCB faculty and Chair Venkatesh Murthy, along with Dawn Goldworm of “an olfactive branding company” called 12.29 as presenters, and MCB faculty Catherine Dulac as moderator.
The discussion touched on Proust, the role of smell in the experience of taste, the many uses of scent in corporate branding, and much more.
