MCB121 [PROF. KARINE A. GIBBS]

This course is an in-depth survey of the microbial world, i.e., organisms invisible to the naked (human) eye. We will examine microbes, including bacteria, small parasites, and viruses, through their connections to human society, from medicine and disease to applied technologies.
