From South Station (Bus/Train Station)

By subway:
Take the RED LINE toward ALEWIFE from South Station six stops to HARVARD SQUARE.

Driving:

From south of Boston:
Take I-93 North to Boston and into the "Big Dig" tunnel. From within the tunnel take the "Storrow Drive" exit. Continue on Storrow Dr approximately 4 miles to Cambridge/Allston exit. Turn right at end of ramp onto John F. Kennedy Street bridge. Harvard Square is 1/2 mile straight ahead.

From north of Boston:
Take I-93 South towards Boston. Shortly before the city, take the "Storrow Drive" exit on your right. You will then be driving alongside I-93 until the ramp turns right and you merge onto Storrow Drive. Continue on Storrow Drive approximately 4 miles to Cambridge/Allston exit. Turn right at end of ramp onto John F. Kennedy Street bridge. Harvard Square is 1/2 mile straight ahead.

From west of Boston:
Take I-90 East (Mass Turnpike) to exit 18 (Cambridge/Allston). Bear right after toll booth at end of exit ramp. Turn left after lights (but before the bridge) onto Storrow Drive. Take Cambridge/Allston exit (1/2 mile ahead) and turn right at end of ramp onto John F. Kennedy Street bridge. Harvard Square is 1/2 mile straight ahead.

Once you're in Harvard Square

By Car:

Keep heading north. You'll pass Out of Town News on your right, then merge with Massachusetts Avenue. Keep Harvard Yard on your right. Stay to the right at the fork, and go into the underpass. Once in the tunnel stay to the left. You'll emerge onto Cambridge Street. Take your first left onto Quincy. Go one block and take a right onto Kirkland Street. Take an immediate left onto Divinity Ave. The Sherman-Fairchild Blg is on your left (7 Divinity Ave) and the Biological Laboratories Bldg is on your right (16 Divinity Ave) after the Semitic Museum.

By Foot:

Let's say you're at Out of Town News, a major landmark right next to the "T" stop. Head north alongside Harvard Yard. Keeping the Yard to your right, you'll turn east and find yourself on the north side of the yard next to the Science Center. The Science Center sits right next to an "L" formed by Oxford and Kirkland Streets. Head east on Kirkland Street, then turn left onto Divinity Ave. The Sherman-Fairchild Blg is on your left (7 Divinity Ave) and the Biological Laboratories Bldg is on your right (16 Divinity Ave) after the Semitic Museum.
